(C-HELP) ay isang non-profit na organisasyong adbokasiya sa Pilipinas na nagbibigay ng tulong-legal, pananaliksik, tulong sa paggawa ng polisiya, at mga pagsasanay upang palakasin ang kakayahan ng mga grassroots na komunidad at mga sektor na hindi napapaboran.
